How quickly will I receive my edited assets?
We aim to deliver edited photographs within 48 hours. We aim to deliver edited videography within 72 hours.
How is my virtual tour hosted? How long for?
You virtual tour will be hosted on our Matterport account. We will host it for six months. If you want your tour to be hosted longer, we charge a fee for an additional six months.
How far do you travel? Do you charge travel expenses?
We cover all of London and the East of England. We work to a radius of a two hour drive from Colchester, Essex. We are happy to travel further afield.
We charge travel expenses upon invoice. We don't charge for work below 10 miles.
What are your office hours?
We take online bookings Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm.
We are available for weekend work upon request.
